We offer free 2-day delivery across the UK on all standard orders. For custom or bespoke pieces, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the order. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer a cash on delivery option for all orders within the UK. You only pay when your furniture arrives at your door — no advance payment required. We also accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

We use only premium, sustainably sourced materials — including FSC-certified solid hardwoods (walnut, oak, teak), full-grain and top-grain leathers, Carrara and Calacatta marble, and high-density foam upholstery. Every material is hand-selected by our team.

We offer a 14-day return policy on all items in their original, undamaged condition. Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

All Luxurio furniture comes with a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, frame integrity, and joinery. Upholstery and fabric are covered for 2 years. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke furniture. You can customise dimensions, materials, fabric, finish, and leg styles on most of our pieces. Simply book a free design consultation with our team, and we'll guide you through every option available.

Yes, we ship to most countries across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary by destination. Please contact us directly for a personalised shipping quote for your location.

Yes! We offer 0% interest financing on orders over £1,000, spread over 6 or 12 months. We also partner with Klarna and Clearpay for flexible buy-now-pay-later options. All financing is subject to standard credit checks.

Care depends on the material. Wood pieces should be dusted regularly and treated with our recommended wood polish every 6 months. Leather should be wiped with a damp cloth and conditioned annually. Fabric upholstery can be spot-cleaned with a mild detergent. We include a full care guide with every order.

In the rare event that your furniture arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and either repair, replace, or fully refund your item — whichever you prefer.
